The TTMA helps local manufacturing businesses within Trinidad & Tobago and represents industries when dealing with the Government.
The TTMA also has the following responsibilities:
- Monitor legislation (laws) affecting local manufacturers
- Help businesses expand into local, regional & international markets; via trade fairs & exhibitions etc
- Educate members on modern manufacturing methods
- Assist in the maintenance of required standards (safety, labor relations, wages & benefits, communications, public relations, advertising)
- Aid in securing markets for raw materials and finished products
- Aid in sourcing investment partners for members
