The telecommunications services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) is jointly owned by National Enterprises Limited (NEL) and Cable and Wireless (C&W). NEL owns 51% and C&W owns 49% of the company's share capital. NEL is partly owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
