The Youth Training and Employment Partnership Programme Limited (YTEPP) was formed in 1988 as a help programme for unemployed citizens. It is an agency under the Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills Training and is under the leadership of a Board of Directors and a Chief Executive Officer.
