The Trinidad and Tobago Solid Waste Management Company Limited (SWMCOL) is a state owned enterprise. SWMCOL is responsible for the design and implementation of solid and hazardous waste management systems and structures. It is also responsible for the management of the Beetham, Fores Park and Guanap landfills.
