Liat (1974) Limited is a majority owned government organisation. Its major shareholders are Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Liat (1974) Limited is owned by 11 Caribbean governments. The governments of Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados and St. Vincent & the Grenadines are the majority shareholders and the minority shareholders are the Regional government.
