Who is Patrick Manning?

Patrick Augustus Mervyn Manning was born August 17 1946. He was a long standing political leader of the People's National Movement and held the office of prime minister for two periods. He is known as a visionary leader and contributed greatly towards Trinidad and Tobago's development.
