Candel Cuffie is the daughter of Winston and Angela Cuffie and she is known for winning top honors globally from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Final P4 Paper on Advanced Financial Management after just three years of study. She is the first person from the Caribbean to achieve this honor.
