The People's Partnership (PP) which was formed between the UNC and COP political parties after the 2010 general elections had some achievements when they held government office. Some of these are:
- the opening of two schools in Point Fortin
- various ECCE centres built throughout the country
- opening of the Golconda interchange
- opening of the Valencia interchange
- new National Energy Skills Centre (NESC) opened at St. Madeline
- opening of Empowerment Centres - Claxton Bay and Bank Village
- opening of a Teaching Hospital in San Fernando
